Was watching Singapore Tonight on Channel News Asia. Two reports caught my eye. One was about the speakers corner. Apparently speakers corner is the quietest place in Singapore right now, with almost nobody going to to speak, and all retirees and people with nothing better to do going there to listen. A lot of people said that its because Singaporeans are right now looking for jobs, etc etc, and have more important things to do. Other people said that Singaporeans are just afraid to speak up, or may be scared that they may be sued for slander or fraud. Well, i just say that most Singaporeans just don't care. If its not going to make me earn more money, CPF cuts are not going to change, Buangkok is not going to open and Malaysia is still going to raise the price of water, why should I go and listen? waste my time only.

Another thing was the report on plastic surgery. Apparently more and more and more people are going for plastic surgery. Its become something natural, like putting on makeup. There's nothing wrong with enhancing your appearence. And more and more brides are going for plastic surgery before their big day. Honestly, i think plastic surgery should be kept as a last resort if you're horribly deformed. Something that's not natural is just weird. I hope my future wife will never go for plastic surgery.
