Sepp Blatter. Ring a bell? If you don't follow football, you probably won't have a clue who he is. Sepp Blatter is the President of FIFA. The world governing body of soccer. Basically these guys decide the rules. Now, Sepp Blatter is know as an idiot in the footballing world. He comes up with the worst of ideas. E.g, he suggested that in women's soccer they wear tighter shorts, skimpier tops. Basically showing more skin to boost the popularity of female soccer. Of course, he was slammed by the female soccer players. His argument was that female tennis stars do it. Well... while that may be true, the people that watch tennis for anna kournikova don't watch the williams sisters play. Mainly because the williams sisters look like men with boobs. So people who are not tennis fans will increase the television revenue because of t3h sex appeal of certain tennis stars. While that may mean more income, i don't think its actually good for the sport. Sepp Blatter also proposed having a World Cup every two years. Which is a stupid idea, considering the number of continent competitions already around(Euro, Asian, African, Copa America), which ALL have qualifying rounds. Not to mention the crazy club schedules of the footballers.

And once again, he proposes another idea. He claims that every sport loves winners, and he wants to introduce penalty shootouts at every game to force a winner. Anyone who watches football can tell you how stupid an idea that is. Even the S-League, which implemented something like that when EVERY OTHER FREAKING PERSON said not to cos its a horrible idea(teams may force a draw and hope to win the shootout, thus getting more points and making games very boring) has finally scrapped the idea. And now Sepp Blatter is proposing it. Lucky for us, none of his ideas have been implemented yet. But anyway, here are some MUCH BETTER ideas on how to settle drawn soccer matches :
