Teens have a right to have sex

These two teenagers(14 year-olds) were caught having sex by a woman. They didn't care. They even challenged the woman to call the police, which she did. They got arrested, and charged. Their lawyer argued that they have a right to have consensual sex, even though they're underage.

Don Linke, the boy's attorney, argues that children's privacy rights include the right to make "important decisions.". Such as having sex. Ah, well. Kids have sex very early nowadays. Its scary, i tell you. I can't believe what the world is comming to. Then again, its just sex. Or is it? Responses in the shoutbox, please!
